How mott got her tummy back
Imagine this…
300 sit-ups a day,
300 ab crunches a day,
300 left and right side crunches a day, each,
A lot of sucking in.
Playing a lot of "Eye of the Tiger/Rocky’s Theme song" mentally in my head.
Imagine me doing this 364 days, last year. Just to get my tummy back. Did I really?
Get out of here….. Of course, not. Ok..maybe the sucking in..got la! Once you have kids (under 20s’) and no maid, it would be infinitely impossible to even do 1/300 of what I just wrote. Every day. But after reading Doc’s posts on rectal cancer, it’s hard to ignore the looming troubles if I continued to indulge in my unhealthy lifestyle of not eating enough fibre everyday. So, I really did it.
I eat hell a lotta fibres. Not particularly oats or vege. Sorry doc! I mean, I do eat the green stuff everyday. But, I take hell a lotta psyillium husks everyday. Let me tell you, I don’t particularly trust slimming teas. In fact, I don’t trust anything that makes you cirit birit. Diarrhea is a big No-No in my books. But pysillium husks..gives you good solid bulky stools! HA HA HA!
I swear..when you feel the urge to go, you really go…plus, you feel so clean and empty inside. And that’s how I got my tummy back. I swear. I still have a lil kangaroo pouch there..but the big bulge is gone! After 2 weeks…so much difference..I can wear my pre-pregnancy draw-string pants with ease….in fact, it’s loose! HURRAY!!!!!!!! Ok Ok…it was s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d out because I religiously wore it throughout my pregnancy..in serious denial….!
Did you know that an average human can carry up to 5kg of fecal matter in them.
Ok..this is not a medical advisory website or any advertorial crap. This is just my own testimonial on the benefits of psyillium husks. Pls seek your doctor’s advice shud you have errrr…crap-like problems.

But seriously, folks, psyllium is good shit. Use it until the diet has enough of it’s own fibre.
Congrats on getting your tummy back. If you lose it again, you know where to find it. Haha.

So how do you take this physillum husk?
Just add with warm/tepid water, faster faster drink, or the husk will absorb all the water..then it wud be you drinking a whole lotta mush…which is actually quite hard.

I must faster faster go buy psyllium husk. FIL recommended it for hubby to lower cholestrol but after one try, hubby “lai si/lau sai”..hubby is afraid of it now. Must convince hubby about its goodness.
