My Economics Lecturer once asked his class, "If you had a million dollars, what would you do?".
I told him, "Sir, one million, where got enough? Already buy two house, two cars and try to live on daily expenses already exceed one million la".
He laughed at me and agreed…..only because we were taught the real value of money, that day. God..I love that man. He really taught us economics..and it wasn’t even boring. Sadly, a few years after I left college, he passed away. Sad because he never married and died alone….and sadder because he never knew the impact he left on all of us. His entire class loved him. He was a very good teacher.
Sigh…well, this post is about a dream. A dream of getting 1million dollars.
What would I do? Buy the crappiest house in the most expensive neighbourhood. Because in real-estate… you always win if you get a good location. ALWAYS.
