Magical 6 weeks?
Y’know, when you watch those "cops" type of TV shows where they knock on a run-down apartment door, and a very tired looking, young hispanic woman with a crying baby on her hips opens the door. At the background, you see a messy apartment and 4-5 other kids screaming about.
I feel just like her. Not the young part, just the very tired part.
They say when lil one is 6 weeks old (based on EDD), the temperament will suddenly change into a sunny disposition. I wish and wish I could fast forward to it, then pause it there. All the crying is just driving me insane! I know I wrote earlier about the 10 minute thing…but it looks like it was just a temporary thing. My screamer has a fantastic crying time twice a day. About 1hour or so. I tell you..nothing seems to pacify him.
Who wants my screamer? I give la…until he’s 6 weeks old..after that you give me back! Hah!

colic ka tu ??/
poor mott … ganbate neh…

I know it can be so stressful and exasperating to have the lil one crying and nothing seem to pacify him.
Crying helps strengthen his voice cord…ha ha. Anyway, sure hope the little one will give poor you a break.

Belated congratulations on your little bundle! Wow…you’re one SuperMom alright
I’m guessing it’s colic too - from what I’ve read, you’ve just got to get through it…take care & hugs!

mine was also a crying baby (which is why the leave-him-to-cry method didn’t quite worked for me).. perhaps could place baby on your chest to listen to your heartbeat.. this worked a bit for mine.. hope it gets better for you

Gas in the tummy? Did you rub yu yee oil on his tummy? Cassie was in a crying fit once and the moment we rubbed the oil onto her tummy..she laid out a few loud farts. LOL! Oh, the girl loves bathes too..it calms her down. Let me know if it works on your little fella.
